Vital Tether

You're a test subject that unwillingly gave up their heart in place of an artificial one. Who knows how long you've been hooked up to a machine, but now you're awake and wanting to escape the lab. Fight your way through multiple rooms to not only find your real heart, but disconnect from the machine for good.
